What to expect for

Wearing aligners daily

Slight pressure and tightness with each new tray — this means they're working. Most people adjust within 2-3 days per tray. You can talk normally (slight lisp for the first day or two with new trays, then it goes away).

Eating and drinking

Remove aligners for all meals and drinks (except water). Brush before putting them back in. Yes, it's a routine — but most patients say it becomes automatic within a week.

How visible are they?

Most people won't notice you're wearing them unless you point it out. Attachments (small tooth-colored bumps) are slightly visible up close but not obvious at conversation distance.
