What moves the price:

Upper or lower: lower wisdom teeth sit in denser bone and are more often impacted, so they are usually at the higher end.
Position: a tooth lying sideways or deep in bone takes longer than one tilted slightly.
Root shape and nearness to the nerve: curved roots or roots close to the nerve need more time, and sometimes a 3D X-ray (CBCT), charged separately.
Sedation: extra, only if you want or need it.
How many: each tooth is priced on its own difficulty.
