You review it with Dr. Varsha before approving. No treatment begins without your sign-off on the plan.

Step 3 — Aligner manufacturing: Your full set of aligners (typically 20-50 trays depending on case) is manufactured at Invisalign's US facility and shipped to the clinic.

Step 4 — First fitting and attachments: Small tooth-coloured attachments are bonded to certain teeth to help aligners grip and move them. You collect your first few sets and receive wear instructions.

Step 5 — Wear and progress (12-24 months): 22 hours per day, every day. Remove only for eating, drinking (except water), and brushing. Swap to the next set every 1-2 weeks as directed.

Step 6 — Check-ins every 6-8 weeks: Short appointments to verify teeth are tracking on plan. If anything is off, we adjust.

Step 7 — Refinement and retention: Near the end, a final scan may trigger refinement trays to perfect the result. After that, retainers.
