What it's like to live with
Most people with a loose front bridge stop biting into food with their front teeth. The bigger worry is usually this one: will I have to walk around with a gap for months?
The question that mattered
Was there enough bone at the front to hold implants straight away, so the gap would last days and not months?
What we looked at
A CBCT (a 3D X-ray) of the upper jaw. We looked at each failing root and the bone around it, one slice at a time.

What we decided, and why
The scan showed room for three implants to carry the front teeth. Each one was planned on the scan, slice by slice, before surgery. Planning first means the surgery follows a map, not guesswork.
What we did
The old bridge and the failing roots came out, and the implants went in during the same visit. Two days later, the fixed teeth went in.
What you see now
Fixed front teeth, two days after surgery. No months of walking around with a gap.
What this means for you
If your front bridge feels loose, ask for a 3D scan first. It shows what is possible before any tooth is removed.
Every mouth is different. Your plan depends on your own scan.
These photos were taken during surgery. Some show blood.

Questions people ask
Can you get implants on the same day a tooth is removed?
Sometimes, if the scan shows enough healthy bone. The scan decides, not the calendar.
Will I have a gap while the implants heal?
Not always. In this case, fixed teeth went in two days after surgery.
What if the bone is thin?
A bone graft can often be added in the same surgery. Your scan shows whether you need one.
